1) Choose your dates DATES. The conference is from Sept 29th to Oct 3rd..HOWEVER you can extend your stay for only 100 AED per night per room on top of the special conference rates...Now that is FANTASTIC!!
2) Book your room AT THE HOTEL WEBSITE and obtain a booking number which is your conference ID. USE THE FOLLOWING CODES

WE are also putting together a list of persons who have booked who are prepared to share their single room. If you would like to share with a tabler who has already booked then email us at SHARING. This offer is only open to those persons who have NOT yet booked a room and RTAG cannot guaranatee that a room sharing offer will come available..however we will put you on the waiting list.
3) Use you conference ID ( hotel booking reference number) to register the persons you have booked into the hotel for the conference itself

6) Finally go to the souvenir page, select your souvenirs and pay for them in advance.
7) NATIONS NIGHT. There is an offer from the Hotel and RTAG to help you source various items for the Nations night. At the evening you are given a table/tables on which you display and allow persons to sample food and drink from your home country. Normally you decorate your table with your association flags and country flags an some Tablers wear there national dress.
