Registration does NOT include breakfast which is available on demand ( Packages A and B do include the final brunch)

Adult ladies registering will be given vouchers to discount their non-attendance at various RT meetings that are included in the registration fee.

Please note that attendance at the AGM is free although there is a small cover charge for soft drinks and biscuits.

Registration Process

Your registration will be done in three steps:

1. Book the Hotel
Please book your accommodation directly with the Hotel. Special rates apply. Visit "Accomodation" for further details on the hotel, rooms & roomrates as well as booking instructions with the link to the hotel.
2. Register at this homepage
Once you have booked the accommodation, the hotel will confirm your booking with a "Reservation No." (stated in the confirmation e-mail you receive from the hotel). This number will be your unique conference ID.

Please visit "Registration Form" and use this Conference ID plus your personal details to complete the form.
3. Registration payment
After completing the registration form please submit the form. You will be automatically routed to the payment service. Please submit your details and submit to finish the process.
