Only register if you intend to pay.  If you choose not to pay then you will have to enter all the inofrmation again next time!  Also we have to pay the hotel an advance for your food and beverage each month based on the registrations we have.  Let's make this conference the biggest and best by NOT delaying payments and so reducing what we can do for you.  Finally please be advised that as the registration ceiling is reached we will have to cancel any unpaid registrations to allow those who wish to pay to do so.

NOTE:  This page is for Individual or family registrations once you have booked into the hotel and received your hotel booking number which is your conference number.  Please use it to register and pay for Individuals, Couples or Families.  If you have booked the hotel as a group of attendees and not as a family then use the same booking number and this form several times to individually register for the event. 

eg 3 Tablers who have booked the hotel together need to use the form 3 times with their common booking/ conference number
