Hotel special rates end on July 31st
having the agreement from the Government of the UAE earlier in the year, we would like to invite ALL Nationalities from around the world to the Round Table International Conference in Dubai from the 29th September to 3rd October 2010.
This website has been set up to be as informative as possible and we hope you will come to the conclusion that the conference team in the Arabian Gulf Round Table Association (RTAG) have put together an unbelievable conference package for you! The hotel has nearly reached the deadline of 200 rooms after which it becomes a RT ONLY venue!! and we have over 300 persons attending so far!!
The hotel will start taking credit card payments in July and is hoping to have all booked rooms paid for by July 18th. After July 31st the room price will increase for all new and unpaid reservations.
Our goal is to produce the best ever Round Table International World Meeting - but making sure it is for Joe Tabler! For this reason we have listened to Joe Tablr and produced several packages: Packages A and B are active now and Packages C,D,E,F and G have just become active. We have also only included the final brunch in the FULL packages and no other breakfasts. This gives Joe the chance to choose whether to have breakfast or not for approximately 10 US$.
The councillors forum has been restructured as has the inter Table sporting event. We have spiced up the banner lunch as well. Finally in response to your requests we have only organised one offsite event so you do not waste time travelling back and forth and get 'stuck'at an event. The hotel offers a virtually all day kids club included in the registration and we have managed to maintain the 5 star food qualilty for all meals which will include soft drinks at events.
We have managed to get a fantastic value hotel package for you, as well as a huge range of tours and souvenirs...ALL of which you will be able to view, book and pay for online in advance. ( Tours to be paid for at the event)
In order to register all you have to do is book one of the 5 star rooms at the Jebel Ali Golf Resort and Spa and then you will be able to register for the conference, book tours and choose souvenirs.

1. Partners/family who will attend the program should be registered as participants in your registration.
2. You can only register online through the website, and payment should be made at the moment of registration through the online payment module. Only then is your registration recorded and final.
